MENTAL HEALTH SKILL BUILDING
REQUIREMENTS
1.ACTIVE MEDICAID RECIPIENT
Mental Health Skill Building clients must be an active Medicaid recipient that is above 18 years old with any of the following insurance companies:

Aetna

2.PSYCHOTROPIC
MEDICATION
PRESCRIPTION
Eligible participants have been prescribed a psychotropic medication such as an antidepressant, mood stabilizer, or antipsychotic within the past 12 months.
3.HOSPITLIZATION
Eligible participants have been hospitalized for their mental health diagnosis. This can include any of the following:

Psychiatric hospitalization

Residential treatment
-
Temporary Detention Order (TDO)
-
Crisis Stabilization
​
*Record of hospitalization must be attainable
4.MENTAL
HEALTH
DIAGNOSIS
Eligible participants have been formally diagnosed with any of the following:

Major Depressive Disorder
-
Bipolar Disorder
-
Schizophrenia
