H.O.P.E. Family Support Services, Inc. was founded in 2018 with a commitment to meeting the mental health needs of individuals and families within the community. The agency was created in response to the increasing demand for compassionate, accessible and family centered mental health services. Since its establishment, H.O.P.E. Family Support Services, Inc. has focused on providing culturally responsive, evidence-based care in a supportive and welcoming environment. Guided by a mission to promote healing, strengthen families and restore hope, the agency has grown into a trusted resource for those navigating emotional, behavioral and life challenges.
Over the years, the agency has continued to evolve, expanding services while maintaining a strong foundation rooted in empathy, collaboration and professional excellence. Today, H.O.P.E. Family Support Services, Inc. continues to serve as a place where individuals
and families can find support, build resilience and move forward with confidence and hope.

Our Mission
H.O.P.E. Family Support Service, Inc. provides Intensive In-home Services and Mental Health Skill Building Services. These services are available for children, youth, adults and families across seven cities in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia: Suffolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Hampton, Virginia Beach and Newport News.
H.O.P.E. also offers outpatient counseling for a range of mental health challenges for individuals
of all ages.
